  1. Dubya was lookin’ fer an exemplar of those WMDs so Colin Powell could show them off to the You Enn, that big building in NY where the General Assembly meets. Dubya thought a General like Colin Powell would really wow the General Assembly, since Dubya figgers Generals like to hear from other Generals. Dubya also finds General Powell’s first name a real giggler. I’nt that medical fer butt?
