Hemp Foods – Hummus Recipe

This recipe, which is a fave of TKL’s, comes from 1 Percent, which has lots of recipes using hemp food products.



1 can chick peas, drained (keep aside 2 Tbs. juice)
1 1/2 Tbs. Hemp Seed Oil
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbs. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste

Instructions: Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend on low, stopping to turn the mixture until smooth. Serve on pita bread. Easy, healthy, and soooo good!
